This is the A45 exhaust taken as far as it goes. A full Titanium Valved Catback Exhaust for the Mercedes-AMG A45, built entirely from titanium with a heat-treated burnt blue finish and a twin-valved rear muffler.
Titanium is roughly forty per cent lighter than stainless steel at the same strength, and on a system this size that is weight taken off the very back of the car, where it does the most harm to how it changes direction. It also holds heat differently, which gives a titanium system its characteristic harder, higher edge on overrun.
The burnt blue finish is not a coating. It is the colour titanium takes on when it is heat treated, which is why no two systems are identical and why it deepens rather than fades with use.
The valves are operated from a supplied remote, so the volume is your decision rather than something the throttle position decides for you. Closed, it is close enough to standard for an early morning. Open, it is a different car entirely.
Key Features
Independent Varex Valve System
Rather than reusing the restricted factory valves, this system operates its own dedicated valve assembly with complete travel in both directions. Sealed when closed for quiet running, and fully unobstructed when open for maximum flow and volume.
Full Titanium Construction
Titanium end to end, not a titanium tip on a stainless system. Substantially lighter than the factory exhaust, and the weight comes off the rear overhang.
Heat Treated Burnt Blue Finish
The blue and violet running through the pipework is the titanium itself, brought out by heat treatment rather than applied on top of it.
Twin Valve Rear Muffler
A valve on each exit rather than a single restriction, so both banks of the system open together and the note stays even across the car.
Precision TIG Welded
Titanium is unforgiving to weld and every joint on this system shows it, with clean stacked welds throughout.
Direct Bolt-On Fitment
Fits at the factory mounting points and hangers, using the original rubber isolators. No cutting and no fabrication.
Performance Benefits
A deeper, harder exhaust note with the valves open
Near-standard volume with the valves closed
Significant weight saving over both the factory and stainless systems
Reduced restriction through the centre and rear sections
Sharper throttle response and a more urgent top end
A finish that no stainless system can reproduce
Why Choose Titanium
Titanium is the material every factory motorsport programme reaches for, and the reasons are simple. It is far lighter than stainless steel for the same strength, it tolerates heat better, and it does not corrode. On a road car the weight saving is what you feel first, and the finish is what everyone else notices.

Please Note
Professional installation is recommended. Exhaust sound will vary depending on whether a factory or aftermarket downpipe is fitted.
Check your local road rules before fitting. Exhaust noise requirements vary by state and a vehicle must remain compliant for road use.
