Proven Parts Australia is proudly based in Australia and currently focuses on the Australian domestic market. However, we are open to shipping worldwide and ready to fulfil international orders.

If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us before purchasing, and we’ll do our best to help.

 

Order Processing Time

·       Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

·       During high-demand periods, new product launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

·       You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

·       We use reputable courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

·       Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

- Australia: 2–7 business days after dispatch (metro areas may be faster)

- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

International Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

·       If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled in transit:

·       Do not install or use the product

·       Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

·       Provide clear photos and videos as requested
