ABOUT Stage 3 Performance Package
Stage 3 is where an EA888 build stops being a bolt-on exercise and becomes a properly engineered package, and matching the parts matters more than any single component. At Proven Performance Parts, our Stage 3 packages bundle a Garrett PowerMax bolt-on turbocharger with the supporting hardware it needs: a catted or catless downpipe with heat shielding, a high-flow air intake, a high-capacity intercooler and a valved cat-back exhaust, all matched to your exact chassis. Sizing the intake, charge cooling and exhaust path together is what keeps a larger turbo responsive rather than laggy. Covering VW Golf GTI and Golf R, and Audi S3.
