Refund/ Change of Mind
At Proven Performance Parts, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure all product specifications and compatibility details are reviewed prior to ordering.
Once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, cancellation requests may not be possible.
If a product is supplied incorrectly, arrives damaged, or does not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue so we can assess and resolve the matter.
Where a product has a minor issue, Proven Performance Parts may elect to repair, replace, or otherwise remedy the issue within a reasonable time.
Where a product has a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
