Processing Times

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

• Some products are made to order (e.g., titanium exhaust systems, custom parts). These items may require additional lead time before dispatch. Lead times vary depending on the product, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

• Orders from partnered brands such as Maxton Design, Eibach, and Garrett Turbo typically delivered for Australia customers within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Times

Domestic (Australia):

• Standard Shipping: 7–16 business days after dispatch

• Express Shipping: 5–9 business days after dispatch
  (Express options available at checkout)

International:

• 10–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note: All shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of both the packaging and the product so we can assist promptly.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
