Product Use & Fitment
All parts sold by Proven Performance Parts are intended for off-road or motorsport use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any parts installed on their vehicle comply with local laws, registration requirements, and emissions standards, including Australian Design Rules (ADRs). Customers should confirm compatibility before purchase and seek professional installation.
We recommend that all products be installed by a licensed or experienced automotive technician. Improper installation can result in vehicle damage, safety risks, or voiding of your vehicle warranty. Products sold are intended for automotive use and may alter vehicle behaviour. Users are responsible for safe operation at all times.
Performance Gains
All performance figures stated (e.g. horsepower or torque increases) are estimates and are only achievable under ideal conditions with appropriate supporting modifications and tuning. Actual results may vary. Proven Performance Parts does not guarantee any specific performance outcome. Any modifications made to the vehicle in conjunction with our products are undertaken at the owner’s risk. Proven Performance Parts is not responsible for engine, transmission, or component failures resulting from tuning, remapping, or aftermarket modifications.
Liability & Responsibility
Once a product has been sold and delivered, how the customer chooses to use, install, or modify the product is entirely at their own risk. Proven Performance Parts accepts no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, accidents, fines, mechanical failures, or legal consequences that may result from the use or misuse of any products purchased through our store. This includes, but is not limited to:

Warranty & Custom Orders
Unless otherwise specified, products are sold without warranty. Some items may be made-to-order and require additional production time. We focus on quality and craftsmanship, and as such, some custom products may take longer to deliver.

Refund/ Change of Mind
At Proven Performance Parts, we take pride in supplying high-quality performance products. Due to the nature of our products and operations, we maintain a strict refund policy.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. All orders are considered final once they have been placed and confirmed.
As a result of high demand, stock allocation and production may begin shortly after an order is received. Once an order has entered processing or production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, specifications, and compatibility before completing a purchase. If you are unsure about fitment or suitability, please contact our team prior to ordering — we are more than happy to assist.
Exceptions:
We will only offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
- The product is faulty or defective upon arrival
- The product supplied is incorrect (not what was ordered)
In these cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos and a description of the issue.
All approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
