Mercedes Benz W206 C63 SE Catted Downpipe With Heatshield

Free up the W206 C63 without losing emissions control. This Catted Downpipe replaces the factory catalyst and particulate filter section on the Mercedes-AMG C63 S E Performance with a high-flow sports catalytic converter, wrapped in full woven heat shielding.

The factory assembly is built around emissions targets first, and on a car with an electrically assisted turbocharger that restriction is felt immediately. A high-flow sports catalyst keeps a working converter in the system while freeing up most of the flow, and keeps the note cleaner than a catless pipe.

Manufactured from stainless steel with mandrel bends, V-band connections and precision TIG welding throughout, with the factory sensor bungs retained.

2.0L Turbocharged M139 Four-Cylinder Hybrid Engine

The W206 C63 runs a single electrically assisted turbocharger, so it takes one downpipe. It is fitted with a particulate filter from the factory - this downpipe replaces the factory catalyst and filter section.

Please Note

A high-flow sports catalytic converter is not a factory replacement part. Emissions hardware is regulated and the requirements vary between states, so please check your local regulations before purchasing or installing.

The W206 C63 is equipped with a factory particulate filter (OPF). Replacing that section requires ECU calibration to prevent fault codes, and tuning support for the W206 is still developing - please check tune availability for your car before purchasing, or contact our team.
