The most direct way to free up the W206 C63. This Catless Downpipe removes the factory catalyst and particulate filter section from the Mercedes-AMG C63 S E Performance, replacing it with a smooth mandrel-bent stainless pipe under full woven heat shielding.
The factory assembly carries both a catalyst and a particulate filter directly behind the turbocharger, and together they are the single biggest restriction in the exhaust. Removing them gives the largest reduction in backpressure available to the M139 and a noticeably harder exhaust note.
Manufactured from stainless steel with mandrel bends, V-band connections and precision TIG welding throughout, with the factory sensor bungs retained.
Key Features
Full Catalyst and Filter Delete
The tightest part of the system removed, for maximum flow behind the turbocharger.
Built for the Hybrid M139
The C63 S E Performance pairs a two-litre four with an electrically assisted turbocharger and a rear-mounted electric motor. The turbocharger is the part that responds to exhaust work - the factory downpipe, catalyst and particulate filter are the tightest restriction behind it.
Full Woven Heat Shielding
Wrapped over the length of the pipe, reducing radiant heat into a tightly packaged engine bay.
Factory Sensor Bungs Retained
The oxygen and exhaust sensors plug straight back into their original positions.
V-Band Connections
Precision V-band flanges at each end for a leak-free seal that is easy to service.
Direct Bolt-On Fitment
Uses the factory mounting points and brackets, with no cutting or fabrication.
Performance Benefits
The largest reduction in backpressure available behind the turbocharger
Sharper throttle response
A harder, more aggressive exhaust note
Lower under-bonnet temperatures thanks to the shielding
Vehicle Fitment
Mercedes-AMG C63 S E Performance (W206, 2024 onwards)
2.0L Turbocharged M139 Four-Cylinder Hybrid Engine
The W206 C63 runs a single electrically assisted turbocharger, so it takes one downpipe. It is fitted with a particulate filter from the factory - this downpipe replaces the factory catalyst and filter section.
Please Note
Removing a catalytic converter is not legal for road use in Australia. This part is intended for off-road, track and motorsport use only, and it is the owner's responsibility to comply with the regulations in their state.
The W206 C63 is equipped with a factory particulate filter (OPF). Replacing that section requires ECU calibration to prevent fault codes, and tuning support for the W206 is still developing - please check tune availability for your car before purchasing, or contact our team.
Professional installation is recommended.
