Unleash the full voice of the M177. A full stainless valved catback for the W205 C63 and C63S, with twin mandrel-bent pipes, twin valved rear mufflers, quad outlets and the wireless remote kit supplied.

The hand-built four-litre biturbo V8 is one of the best-sounding engines AMG has ever made, and the factory exhaust still holds a great deal of it back. This system replaces the entire section from the downpipes back with mandrel-bent 304 stainless and its own valve assembly, so the car stays civil on the daily drive and turns properly loud the moment you want it to.

Each bank keeps its own pipe from the downpipe back to its own valved muffler, so the V8 breathes freely on both sides and keeps its natural, uneven-firing character.

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel with mandrel bends and TIG welds throughout, supplied complete with the valve assembly, remote kit and all hardware.

Independent Varex Valve System

Rather than reusing the restricted factory valves, this system operates its own dedicated valve assembly with complete travel in both directions. Sealed when closed for a quieter OEM+ driving experience, and fully unobstructed when open for a fully aggressive exhaust tone.

Wireless Remote Kit Supplied

Valve operation is handled entirely by the supplied remote, so the volume is yours to choose rather than the car's. The system does not connect to the factory valve motors.

304 Stainless Steel Construction

Mandrel-bent 304 stainless throughout for consistent bore, corrosion resistance and long service life.

True Dual Design

Each bank of the V8 keeps its own mandrel-bent pipe all the way back to its own valved muffler. The two centre pipes are joined where they run together through the tunnel, keeping the system rigid and neatly packaged.

Twin Valved Rear Mufflers

One muffler per side with a valved bypass, giving a genuine quiet mode and a genuinely loud one from the same system.

Precision TIG Welded

Clean, strong welds built to handle exhaust temperature cycling and hard driving.

Direct Bolt-On Fitment

The C63 Sedan and Coupe take different system lengths, so the two versions are not interchangeable.

Sedan - the four-door W205.
