The ultimate intake upgrade for the W205 C63 and C63S. This Carbon Fibre Performance Air Intake replaces both factory airboxes with gloss carbon fibre intake pipes, large high-flow filters and brushed aluminium heat shields - one complete set for each turbocharger.
The factory intake is built around noise regulations and packaging rather than airflow. This kit gives each bank a smooth, large-bore carbon fibre pipe feeding an oversized filter, with a reinforced silicone coupler at the turbo end that carries the factory breather connections. The result is more air, less restriction and a far more aggressive induction note, with an engine bay that looks the part.

Lightweight, rigid carbon fibre with a high-gloss twill finish that resists heat soak far better than metal pipework and transforms the look of the engine bay.
Supplied as a Left and Right Kit
The M177 runs a turbocharger for each bank, so it takes two intakes. This kit replaces both.
Twin High-Flow Filters
Large, washable and reusable elements with far more surface area than the factory filters, keeping flow high over the life of the kit.
Brushed Aluminium Heat Shields
Each filter sits behind its own shield, separating it from engine bay heat and helping it draw cooler air.
Silicone Couplers with Breather Ports
Reinforced silicone couplers at the turbo end carry the factory breather connections, so everything plugs straight back in.
Direct Bolt-On Fitment
Uses the factory mounting points and connections. No cutting and no fabrication.

Some increase in induction and turbo noise is normal and expected with a performance intake system.
The filters should be inspected and cleaned at regular service intervals to maintain airflow and protection.
