Free up the M177 without giving up emissions control. This Catted Downpipe kit replaces both restrictive factory units on the Mercedes-AMG C63 and C63S with high-flow sports catalytic converters, wrapped in full woven heat shielding.

The factory downpipes are the tightest part of the V8's exhaust, and the standard catalysts are the tightest part of them. These keep a working catalyst on each bank while releasing most of the flow a catless kit offers, which is what makes them the sensible choice on a car that still has to do the daily drive. The sports catalysts also keep the exhaust note cleaner and considerably less raspy.

Manufactured from T304 stainless steel with mandrel bends and precision TIG welding throughout, with the factory sensor bungs retained.

The M177 is a hot-vee V8 with both turbochargers mounted inside the vee, so it runs two downpipes - one per bank. This kit replaces both, with the matching extension pipes and clamps. Changing only one leaves half the restriction in place.

Wrapped over the length of both pipes and extensions, reducing radiant heat into the engine bay and protecting the components packed around them.
