Mercedes Benz W205, C63/C63s AMG Catless Downpipe

The single biggest gain available to the M177. This Catless Downpipe kit removes both factory catalytic converters from the Mercedes-AMG C63 and C63S, replacing them with smooth mandrel-bent stainless pipes and matching extension sections.

Nothing else in the exhaust costs the V8 as much flow as the standard downpipes. Taking both catalysts out of the equation is the largest single reduction in backpressure available to the engine, and it is where the real gains from a Stage 2 tune come from - on both banks at once.

Manufactured from T304 stainless steel with mandrel bends and precision TIG welding throughout, with the factory sensor bungs retained in their original positions.

Supplied as a Matched Pair

The M177 is a hot-vee V8 with both turbochargers mounted inside the vee, so it runs two downpipes - one per bank. This kit replaces both, with the matching extension pipes and clamps. Changing only one leaves half the restriction in place.

Supplied as a matched left and right pair with extension pipes. The C63 and C63S share the same M177 engine and downpipe layout, so one kit covers both.

Removing a catalytic converter is not legal for road use in Australia. This part is intended for off-road, track and motorsport use only, and it is the owner's responsibility to comply with the regulations in their state.

A catless downpipe will trigger a check engine light without a supporting ECU tune. An ECU tune is required, and professional installation is recommended.

This kit has no heat shielding. If the car is driven on the road regularly, our heat-shielded version is the better choice for the components packed around the pipes.
