What’s Included

Turbo System

• Garrett PowerMax G25-660 Stage 2 Turbocharger

Garrett PowerMax direct-fit turbocharger kits are engineered to increase engine performance while maintaining OEM installation specifications. Designed specifically for the Volkswagen MK7 2.0 TSI and Audi 8V 2.0 TFSI platform, this turbo features optimised compressor aerodynamics to significantly increase airflow and efficiency over the factory IS20/IS38 turbochargers.

Constructed using a high-temperature Mar-M alloy turbine wheel and twin-scroll stainless steel turbine housing rated up to 1050°C, the G25-660 is built to withstand demanding high-performance conditions. Each unit is supplied as a fully assembled system with a calibrated electronic actuator and ancillary components for true OEM-style fitment.

This advanced fueling system is designed to support increased fuel demand under high boost and allows compatibility with ethanol blends, enabling the engine to safely operate at significantly higher performance levels.

Performance Expectations

With the correct ECU and TCU calibration, this Stage X package is capable of delivering:

On Pump Fuel (98 RON)

• ~350–420kW at the engine

• ~260–320kW at the wheels

On Ethanol Blends (E30–E85)

• ~400–500+ kW at the engine

• ~300–380+ kW at the wheels

Performance figures will vary depending on fuel quality, tuning calibration, and overall vehicle condition.

Additional Notes & Requirements

If you do not currently have an upgraded air intake system, please contact us — we can provide a discounted package price on our open or closed air intake options to ensure optimal airflow for this setup. Air Intake is necessary for Stage 1+. 

A full general servicing and inspection is highly recommended prior to installing our Stage X package to ensure the vehicle is in proper condition to handle the increased performance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ)

We do not provide ECU or TCU tuning.

It is highly critical that a Stage 3 ECU and TCU tune is installed when running this package.
Failure to do so may result in unsafe operation and potential damage to the engine or drivetrain.

Please also note:

• Power results will vary depending on the tune used

• We strongly recommend contacting us for guidance on reputable tuners suited to this setup

Garrett Turbocharger Notice

Maximum allowable turbocharger speed is:

• 185,000 RPM (Stage 1)

• 165,000 RPM (Stage 2 – G25-660)

Operating the turbocharger beyond these limits is at the owner's risk and may result in damage or premature failure.

To assist in preventing turbocharger overspeed, the compressor housing is machined to allow fitment of a turbo speed sensor:

• 781328-0003 (sensor and gauge kit)

• 781328-0004 (sensor only)

Speed sensors are sold separately.

Recommended Supporting Maintenance

Before installing this package, we recommend that during your general service:

• Upgraded spark plugs are installed

• Ignition coil packs are checked and upgraded if required

This ensures reliable ignition performance under increased boost and load conditions.
