Move the filters out of the hot engine bay and into the airflow with this Carbon Fibre Front Mount Air Intake for the BMW G80 M3, G82 M4 and G87 M2 - a full twin intake kit built for the twin-turbocharged S58.
A front mount intake relocates the filters toward the front of the engine bay, away from radiated heat and directly in the path of incoming air. Combined with oversized carbon piping in place of the restrictive factory airboxes, it gives the S58 a shorter, smoother and considerably cooler path to both turbochargers.
The kit is manufactured from gloss carbon fibre throughout the piping, with twin high-flow cone filters, silicone couplers and stainless clamps supplied. It is a genuine performance upgrade and one of the most visible changes you can make under the bonnet.
Key Features
Full Carbon Fibre Piping
Lightweight gloss carbon fibre with a smooth internal bore, offering better thermal insulation than aluminium and a finished look that suits the S58 engine bay.
Front Mount Cold Air Design
Positions the filters closer to the front of the car for cooler intake temperatures and more consistent performance on a hot day or after repeated hard runs.
Twin High-Flow Cone Filters
One oversized filter per turbocharger, sized to maximise airflow while maintaining proper filtration and engine protection.
Reduced Intake Restriction
Oversized, mandrel-formed piping replaces the restrictive factory airbox path, improving flow to both turbos under boost.
Enhanced Induction Sound
A noticeably sharper induction note, with more audible turbo spool and blow-off character under acceleration.
Complete Kit Supplied
Carbon piping, twin filters, silicone couplers and stainless steel clamps all included - nothing further to source.
Direct Bolt-On Fitment
Designed specifically for the S58 platform using factory mounting locations. No cutting or fabrication.
Performance Benefits
When paired with supporting modifications and tuning, this intake system can provide:
Cooler intake air temperatures, especially under sustained load
Improved airflow and turbocharger efficiency
Sharper throttle response and faster turbo spool
Reduced intake restriction under boost
A louder, sharper induction and turbo note
A significant lift in engine bay presentation
Performance gains may vary depending on tuning and supporting modifications.

Please Note
Professional installation is recommended.
Some increase in induction and turbo noise is normal and expected with a performance intake system.
Filters should be inspected and cleaned at regular service intervals to maintain airflow and protection.
