The catless gain, with the heat kept where it belongs. This Catless Downpipe kit removes both factory catalytic converters from the Mercedes-AMG C43, E43 and GLC43 and wraps the replacement pipes in full woven heat shielding.

Taking both catalysts out is the largest single reduction in backpressure available to the M276, and it is where the real gains from a Stage 2 tune come from. What the shielding adds is liveability: the V6 packs its turbochargers and downpipes tightly inside the vee, so radiant heat from bare pipes reaches wiring, hoses and the bonnet liner. Woven shielding over the full length keeps that heat in the exhaust.

Manufactured from T304 stainless steel with mandrel bends and precision TIG welding throughout, with the factory sensor bungs retained.

Key Features

Full Catalyst Delete, Both Banks

The greatest single restriction in the system removed on each side, for maximum exhaust flow and the largest gain a downpipe can deliver.

Supplied as a Matched Pair

The M276 is a V6 with both turbochargers mounted inside the vee, so it runs two downpipes - one per bank. This kit replaces both. Changing only one leaves half the restriction in place.

Full Woven Heat Shielding

Wrapped over the length of both pipes, reducing radiant heat into the engine bay and protecting the components packed around them - which matters more on a V6 than on an inline engine, because everything sits closer together.

T304 Stainless Steel Construction

High-grade, corrosion-resistant material built to withstand the exhaust gas temperatures a tuned M276 produces.

Factory Sensor Bungs Retained

The oxygen sensors plug straight back into their original positions on both pipes.

Smooth Mandrel Bends

Consistent bore through every bend, so the gain is in flow rather than just in volume.

Direct Bolt-On Fitment

Mounts to the factory turbo flanges and mid section using the original mounting points, with no cutting or fabrication.

Performance Benefits

The largest power and torque gain available from a single exhaust part when tuned
Markedly faster spool on both turbochargers
Sharper throttle response
A deeper, harder-edged V6 exhaust note
Maximum reduction in backpressure
Lower under-bonnet temperatures than an unshielded catless kit

Vehicle Fitment

Mercedes-AMG C43 (W205, 2016-2021)
Mercedes-AMG E43 (W213, 2017-2019)
Mercedes-AMG GLC43 (C253 Coupe and X253 SUV, 2016-2022)

3.0L Twin-Turbocharged M276 V6 Engine

Supplied as a matched left and right pair. All three cars share the same M276 engine and downpipe layout, which is why one kit covers the range.

Please Note

Removing a catalytic converter is not legal for road use in Australia. This part is intended for off-road, track and motorsport use only, and it is the owner's responsibility to comply with the regulations in their state.

A catless downpipe will trigger a check engine light without a supporting ECU tune. An ECU tune is required, and professional installation is recommended.
