ABOUT GLE53/GT53/GT50/GT43 AMG
The Mercedes-AMG GLE53 and the GT43, GT50 and GT53 four-door coupes all share the same electrified M256 three-litre inline-six, which is why they also share their exhaust hardware. At Proven Performance Parts, this collection groups the parts that fit the whole M256 family: catless and catted downpipes with and without heat shielding, valved catback exhaust systems, mid pipes, cold air intakes, charge pipes and uprated intercoolers. The M256 pairs a conventional turbocharger with an electric auxiliary compressor and a 48-volt starter-generator, so it builds boost almost instantly - and the factory downpipe is the restriction standing between that response and real power. Freeing it drops backpressure and releases what a tune is already asking for. Covering the GLE53 (W167) and the GT43, GT50 and GT53 (X290), 2019-2023.
