The pre-facelift G20 headlight has a broader, rounder daytime running light. The LCI unit replaces it with a tighter, more angular signature that pulls the whole face of the car together — comfortably the single most transformative visual change available to a pre-LCI 3 Series.

These are complete headlight assemblies, supplied as a matched left and right pair. Each is a full unit with its own projector, adaptive LED daytime running light and integrated indicator — nothing is reused from your existing headlights.

These are genuine BMW headlights removed from low-kilometre donor vehicles, not aftermarket reproductions. That is how the top-specification Laser Adaptive LED unit is obtainable at anything like this price — new from BMW, a single side runs into the thousands.

Every set is inspected before dispatch for lens clarity, housing integrity, intact mounting tabs and full function of all lighting modes. Units showing cracks, heavy stone chipping, moisture ingress or damaged tabs are rejected.

As with any pre-owned component, light cosmetic marking consistent with normal road use may be present on the housing or lens. If you would like photographs of the actual set before it ships, ask us and we will send them.

Which Option Do I Need?

Select the car you are fitting these to.

Pre-LCI (2019–2022) — you are retrofitting the facelift headlight to a pre-facelift car. This is the popular conversion, and coding is required to run the LCI unit on a pre-LCI vehicle. Budget for that with your installer.

LCI (2023+) — you are replacing like for like, typically after damage. This is a direct swap and generally needs no coding.
