Which Headlight Variant Do I Have?

The module differs between the two factory headlights, so this needs to match your car.

LED — the standard Adaptive LED headlight. No blue detailing anywhere inside the housing and no lettering across the lens.

Laser — the optional BMW Laserlight. Identified by the blue accents inside the projector and the blue BMW Laser lettering on the lens.

Laserlight was a cost option, so the majority of cars have the LED headlight. Look into the headlight in daylight — if there is no blue anywhere inside it, yours is the LED unit.
